Morello specialises in the design and manufacture of electric pallet trucks with very high payloads of up to 100 tonnes.

The electric pallet truck is a highly flexible machine that combines the convenience of an ultra-low loader with the functionality of a lifting platform. Thanks to these features, Morello is able to handle extremely heavy loads with its electric pallet trucks in complete safety without the use of overhead or standard cranes, which would make overhead loads less safe for operators.

All you need to do is place the load on suitable steel pallets (which Morello can custom design for its customers) so that a Morello pallet truck can be placed underneath the pallet so that you can lift and transport it elsewhere in your facility. You can even simply lean the load against supports (such as wooden blocks) so that the pallet truck can lift the load off them and place it on other supports in another part of your facility. And this can be done with loads of up to 100 tons!

Due to the high payload, all Morello pallet trucks have power steering, making operation less tiring.

We can supply electric pallet trucks with joystick control, but Morello customers usually prefer to operate the pallet truck using a hinged panel with buttons or radio remote control to minimise the steering radius and allow operators to operate the machine effortlessly.
