MORELLO designs and manufactures AGVs with a focus on the specific requirements and demands of our customers in various industries. Our expertise is the AGV heavy duty forklift truck with high load capacities from 2 to 1,000 tons.
We manufacture automated guided vehicles (AGVs) on wheels for automating material handling in various industries. AGVs can operate completely autonomously without an operator or any physical guidance such as rails
ADVANTAGES OF HEAVY AGV
Reduction of operating costs
Advanced security
Increased accuracy and productivity
Reduction of damage to products and the working environment
Possibility of working in a hazardous or hostile environment (e.g. explosive environment)
NAVIGATION TECHNOLOGY
The variety of navigation technologies for automated material handling defines MORELLO among the manufacturers of automated guided vehicles worldwide. The choice of technology (or a mix of several technologies) is made together with the customer, according to their specific requirements, technical characteristics and budget. Here are the technologies that can be used with our heavy-duty AGV.
INDUCTIVE WIRING
INERTIAL GUIDANCE
MAGNETIC CONDUCTION
OPTICAL WIRING
LASER GUIDANCE
GPS GUIDANCE
SOFTVER
BMM Trading uses a combination of proprietary software developed in-house and standard software developed by AGV’s software house leaders to ensure maximum flexibility in customizing AGV’s heavy-duty truck geometry, including the tracking paths and automation logic that are part of the customer’s manufacturing process. We can offer omnidirectional automated guided carts as well as AGVs with multiple simultaneous navigation technologies, solutions with interfaces to all types of control systems, AGVs interfaced with automated warehouses and other automated machines, AGV Atex carts and many more.
AGV ATEX for hazardous environments
Thanks to our in-depth knowledge of the ATEX environment, we can design and manufacture customised AGVs suitable for ATEX Zone 2 areas. ATEX automated trucks are a very big step forward to improve safety in all environments that are not inherently safe. In fact, thanks to these explosion-proof AGVs, it is possible to limit the work of operators in hazardous environments, thus minimizing possible accidents.
